The District Office has one Supervisor, and one Executive Secretary responsible for assisting in handling the District affairs. Additionally, the District Office has established Civil Affairs Section, Economic Development Section, Social Affairs Section, Community And Cultural Services Section, General Affairs Section, Personnel Office, Accounting Office, Civil Service Ethics Office, totaling 68 persons, as well as Mediation Committee, Farmland Rental Committee and Compulsory Education Committee.

In addition to improving the courtesies of the various services, the District Office also provides multiple software policies offering great benefits to the public, e.g. considerate guidance to the public seeking services, serving tea, establishment of one-stop window, supply of charity umbrellas and eyeglasses, completion of the various application forms on behalf of the public, improvement of environmental landscaping inside and outside the office rooms, and establishment of leisure presentation area for the public and mail box for the public comments for the reference for improvement of the District Office service quality. Meanwhile, in order to help office workers complete their applications at the lunch break, the District Office staff will be available at noon in shifts to serve the public. For the shortage of manpower, the District Office recruits volunteer workers to upgrade the public service performance. The District has established the volunteer team since July 1, 1998 , and volunteer workers total 26 for the time being.

Civil Affairs Section	Oversees the management of autonomous administration, elections, disaster rescue, recreational centers management, environmental hygiene promotion, mediation services, funeral services, folk customs and religious rituals, military service administration, land administration, 37.5% arable land rental reduction, civil defense, non-urban land control, Indigen and Hakka affairs, employment counseling, and other related affairs.
Social Affairs Section	Oversees the management of social administration, social welfare, national health insurance, national pensions, labor administration, community development, community recreational centers management, new immigrants services, counselling for social groups, victim shelters and settlement, and other related affairs.
Economic Development Section	Oversees the management and management of parks, investigation and management of agriculture, forest, fishery, and livestock farming, agricultural development, investigation and management of industry and commerce, construction of commercial circle, protection of consumers, water & road engineering, construction engineering, maintenance engineering, street lamps and road trees management, construction and maintenance of activity centers, investigation and reporting of illegal buildings and other affairs concerning economic construction, agriculture and public engineering.
Community And Cultural Services Section	Oversees the management of library, citizens education, sports, arts & culture, community arts, celebrations and festivals, heritage sites and historical documents, tourism promotion, and other affairs concerning culture.
General Affairs Section	Handles official documents, official seals, files, general affairs, meetings, cashiers, investigations & research, information, legal affairs, public relations and other affairs irrelevant to other sections.
Personnel Office	Handles organization framework, appointment/discharge/transfer, organization of job responsibilities, examination and assignments, performance appraisal for reward and punishment, training and advanced studies, attendance record, wage and benefit, retirement pension and severance pay, etc.
Accounting Office	Handles annual budget, accounting, and statistics matters.
Civil Service Ethics Office	Manages all ethical, investigation, and public integrity matters.
