Handling the affairs about autonomy, land administration, education, environmental protection, health, religion, custom, literature, ritual, election campaign, meditation and aborigines, and other items related to civil affairs |

Handling the affairs about agriculture and forest, foods, fishery and farming, industry and commerce, civil engineering, and assistance to tax collection, and others related to production and construction |

Handling conscription, logistics, group training, military service and administrative affairs related to military service, and paperwork, archives, general affairs, treasury, property management, official seals, transfer, legal system, research and evaluation, service offering benefit to the public, and other services not handled by the other units |

4. Update and enhance the functions of the information desk; provide business consultancy service and direction; complete the forms on behalf of civilians; provide reading eyeglasses for your use;
5. Promote the environmental protection in the office; perform classification of trash and resource recycling to create a fresh office environment;
6. Perform flexible service hours at ¡§ lunch break ¡¨ for handling applications for reissue of bus tickets for the aged, report-in of reservists upon demobilization and other military service affairs to help office workers;
7. Strengthen the services and care to draftees and their family, and handle the substitute service affairs in accordance with the relevant policies;
8. Strengthen colleagues ' and volunteer workers ' educational training, refine the staff ' s competence, and provide civilians with rapid and satisfied services;
9. Create the bilingual office environment and produce the various Chinese-English signs. |
